We have added a nominal resubmission fee to the county review fee schedule.  The fee is effective as of March 1, 2009.  All current review fees will remain the same for 2009 with the exception of the added fee for resubmissions.  This fee applies to the resubmission of a subdivision and land development plan which is essentially the same plan previously reviewed by the Montgomery County Planning Commission.  Please contact Tina McLay at 610.278.3735 with any review fee inquiries.
